Annunciation is Expanding!

Annunciation Catholic School (ACS) is eager to announce the opening of a second Junior Kindergarten (JK) program for 4 year-old students! We can’t wait to offer an additional opportunity for families to join our thriving community. Annunciation has proudly served the community for over 60 years and currently has an enrollment of over 400 students from JK to 8^th grade. 
 
ACS JK offers students countless experiences including:

• A great place to form friendships
• Learning how to cooperate and take turns
• An environment to think creatively and use their imaginations
• Experience different ways of problem solving and play-based learning to enhance instruction in math, reading, religion and science
• A variety of opportunities to play and learn outside

 
JK students also attend enriching classes multiple times per week which include music, library, physical education, Spanish, art, STEM and Science Lab. ACS JK students make great friends through 8^th Grade Buddies for weekly Mass and other fun activities throughout the year.  JK students also venture out into our community for field trips to include the Albuquerque Zoo, New Mexico History Museum, and the Pumpkin Patch.  Parents are welcome and encouraged to go with us and watch your child experience all the fun on field trips.
