Archbishop Michael J. Sheehan Scholarship Fund

Archbishop Michael J. Sheehan was installed as Archbishop of Santa Fe on September 21, 1993. retired in 2015, and passed away June 3, 2023.   In 2017, he established Archbishop Michael J. Sheehan Scholarship Fund to be used for scholarships for parochial school students from kindergarten through grade eight. Archbishop Sheehan was a strong supporter of Catholic Schools.  We honor his legacy with the Archbishop Michael J. Sheehan Scholarship Fund. Who is eligible to receive this scholarship?

• Catholic students, in grades K - 8th Grade
• Enrolled in one of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe Catholic elementary schools
• Demonstrated financial need
• Student models Catholic values and is in good standing academically and behaviorally
